Peach season in Ontario hits different 🍑 And yes, I will be making this salad on repeat until further notice 🤤
We grabbed fresh peaches at and turned them into this grilled peach + burrata situation that somehow tasted even better than it looked. Paired it with a creamy carajillo and let the games begin!
Here’s how I threw it together… (you’re welcome 😘)
SALAD 🥗🍑⤵️
▫️4–5 peaches, tossed in olive oil + pink salt
▫️Grill ~10–12 mins, then slice
▫️Layer over micro arugula
▫️Add a burrata ball in the middle
▫️Top with toasted pine nuts, basil, honey drizzle, balsamic, S&P
DRINK 🍸⤵️
▫️ 1 oz of
▫️ 1.5oz Espresso from
▫️ about .5 oz
▫️ .5oz of (optional, but I like it creamy)
