Yesterday, we spent the day at Barry Callebaut filming a brand video focused on company culture, people, and what makes the team unique. The goal of this project is not only promotion, but also helping future employees get a real feel for what it’s like to work there.
Every successful shoot starts with strong pre-production. Before cameras started rolling, our team met to map out the entire day, discuss the shots we needed, and organize everything into a detailed shot list. Having everything printed and planned ahead helped the production day run smoothly and kept everyone aligned.
The shoot itself was broken into two parts. First, we filmed inside the plant, capturing employees in action and showcasing the day-to-day work environment. Then we moved into interviews, where team members shared their experiences and perspectives working at Barry Callebaut.
Now onto editing, where the story really comes together. 🖤
