As artificial intelligence becomes increasingly embedded within educational technology, I've been thinking about Microsoft's growing ecosystem of tools, including Microsoft Teach, Copilot, and Copilot Studio.

Rather than viewing these as individual products, it may be more useful to think of them as parts of a larger system designed to support teaching, learning, and organizational effectiveness, which raises an interesting question:

What challenge is Microsoft's AI ecosystem actually trying to solve in K12 education?
