For a long time I’ve had the goal to run a half marathon. Thanks to the help of my amazing wife putting together a training schedule and a great group of people to workout and run with I finally achieved that goal not once but, twice!
This is a big reason why I haven’t posted a lot of welding content lately. Between training for these, fulfilling preorders for Joe Hooks, and spending time with family my plate was full. I think it’s super important to take the time to take care of yourself, so you can push yourself towards whatever goals you may have.
