⚠️ VOLUNTEER WANTED ⚠️

I recently started a new job where my days are long, and unfortunately, I just don’t have the time I used to spend reposting and sharing events happening around Buffalo Narrows.

I truly believe this page can play an important role in centralizing what’s happening in our community and helping people stay informed about events, programs, announcements and opportunities.

So, I’m looking for someone who would like to volunteer as an administrator of the Buffalo Narrows Community Bulletin.

The role is pretty simple. I already follow many of the organizations, businesses, schools, recreation programs and community groups around town. All you would need to do is:

• Share and repost important community announcements
• Keep the Facebook feed updated daily
• Share events, programs and activities happening around Buffalo Narrows
• Pay particular attention to organizations like Twin Lakes Community School, the Friendship Centre, recreation programs and our local community organizations
• Help make sure people don’t miss out on what’s happening in town

The page is still relatively young, and financially there isn’t much incentive right now. This is primarily an opportunity to give back to the community and help keep people connected.

It would take roughly 30 minutes a day, and honestly, one of the biggest benefits is getting to see everything happening around Buffalo Narrows while helping spread the word.

When I’m back home, I’ll continue managing the page myself. But when I’m working at camp, finding the time to keep up with everything is almost impossible.

If you’re interested in helping out, send me a message. I’d be happy to add you as an administrator and get you set up.

Let’s keep Buffalo Narrows informed. 📣
