Yesterday, Dr. Alan Wolfelt (centre), who wrote the foreword for our book Goodbye for Now: True Stories of Life, Love, and Loss, gave a seminar on grief and mourning. During the seminar, there were laughs and tears as we learned about the importance of mourning, which is the outward expression of grief after losing a loved one--to heal grief we must mourn. A big thanks to who arranged and hosted the event.
