Faith is the art of seeing what is invisible to others. It’s more than imagination; it’s a vision God places in your spirit of a future filled with promise and purpose.
Great leaders in the Kingdom don’t just dream; they see by faith. They trust what God has revealed, even when it hasn’t yet come to pass. Romans 4:17 reminds us that God “calls into existence things that do not yet exist,” speaking of them as though they already are. That’s the essence of faith, declaring God’s promises as present reality. Through this kind of obedience, leaders inspire others to believe, build, and walk together toward the vision.
Why is Vision/Faith/Hope so important? Because between our dreams and desires and the reality God has prepared for us lies vision. Without vision, the Bible says, people perish (Proverbs 29:18). A God-given vision will:
