This is us being family together living abroad.. I can’t believe it’s been 7 years. Thank you Lord for the love and protection for this family.

Being brave and protected is what I need this cold season. ❄️😉

Imagine having 3 shots of vaccine in one day? I was crappy for 3 days.

1. Anti- tetanus, protection for 10 years.
2. Influenza, recommended annually.
3. Covid, recommended annually.

Note: Covid vaccine is not free anymore in Alberta, need to pay $120. If you have health insurance then some of it will be covered.

Done my grocery for the week! but look how crazy food prices are going up 😏 If my $150 dollar is good enough for 5 people 5 years ago now double the price…. too bad! 😔

That’s why everybody are non stop working to pay for food, mortgages and household utilities..
