Be the Flare for 1 Million Canadians

Men’s mental health conversations can change lives. MenTELL’s Be the Flare campaign is creating space for Canadian men to speak honestly, support one another, and challenge the stigma that often keeps difficult experiences hidden.

The national campaign invites participants to share what they would tell their younger selves, name two other men, and pass the message forward within 48 hours. Its goal is to reach one million Canadians through connection, courage, and meaningful conversation.
A flare is a signal in the darkness—a reminder that someone understands, someone cares, and no one has to carry life’s challenges alone.
