Like so many others in the motorsports world, we were deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Kyle Loftis.

Kyle was truly foundational to modern drag racing and especially the drag-and-drive community. The impact he had on the sport, the events, the people, and the culture around it is hard to put into words. He inspired countless people to get out, build cars, make passes, hit the road, and become part of something bigger than just racing.

Honestly, he was a huge reason we ever wanted to try a drag-and-drive event in the first place. Watching what he built around the community and the experiences people were having made us want to be part of it too.

One thing that has stood out to us since entering this world is just how incredible the people are. The drag racing community — and especially the drag-and-drive community — is filled with some of the kindest, most genuine, big-hearted people we’ve ever met. People who will hand you tools, help fix your car at midnight, cheer for your success, and support complete strangers without hesitation.

Moments like this are also a reminder that we never truly know what struggles someone may be carrying behind the scenes. No matter how things may look on the outside, everyone is fighting battles we may never see.

If you’re struggling, hurting, overwhelmed, or just need someone to talk to — please reach out. Talk to a friend, family member, or someone you trust. And for what it’s worth, our inbox is always open too. We’re always happy to talk about more than cars and racing. Life can be heavy sometimes, and nobody should feel like they have to carry that weight alone.

Rest in peace, Kyle. Thank you for what you built and for the impact you had on this community.

Well, we figured there was a reason the diff was a little noisy. After getting the exhaust out of the way, tearing it out, and busting it open we found out why.

Luckily it looks like we caught it in time and its just a matter of tossing in some new bearings and putting it back together... may as well throw new clutch packs in while we are at it

Give a guy a 3D printer and too much time and there might be some shenanigans.

We had a little fun with our on Sick week handing out some of our D-REX valve stem caps. We found the Dick-a-saurus file and had to come up with a way to prank people, and what better way then valve stem caps where they might not be noticed for a little while.

We arent in the business of stealing caps so we brought little baggies so we could put the originals in them and tuck them places so they would be found eventually.

We got a few of the big guys this week and know that the honor was paid forward so make sure you tag us when you get you end up with a D-Rex or you get your buddies with them.

Well this is a little bit late, but with all the excitement and Tacos we totally forgot to post.

First off, what an amazing week. Even with the cold weather, rain, break downs and long track days it sure beat the hell out of work! Thanks again to the Sick team for putting on another fantastic event.

Chris has been working on the combination in tbe Cuda for a long time, and with all the work hes put in the past few months it paid off. The change to the VRS 750 carb was a huge part of the success. We tinkered with it all week to try and get it perfect (its too hard not to with our engineering
brains) but it worked fantastic out of the box on the stroke 408.

Thanks to all our improvements we were able to keep up with worsening air and run a brand new PB of 11.284.

Its been great to spend a week together and hang out with all our friends doing race car s**t. It was also great that Lily was able to come join us for the last couple days. We had a lot of windshield time to talk new build ideas, bench race, and come up with some fun new ideas. Keep your eyes peeled because we have an exciting announcement soon.
