So Excited to finally make the announcement of what we've been working on for almost 2 years!

Plugged In Media is entering into an agreement with the newly formed Monarch 1911 society to breathe new life into the Crown Jewel of Medicine Hat, The Monarch Theatre.

We're still a ways out before we can open (We have been in the building a total of 2 hours in the last 2 years!), so we need to get in there, shake out the cobwebs and figure out what we got. (We don't even have access to the socials yet)

When we're ready though, we're confident that it's going to be a place that the community can come, relax and enjoy the best entertainment in whatever format we can fit in there! :)

We LOVE the outpouring of support from future patrons, our city council, family and friends. This is going to be epic!

If you have questions, please contact Rob at: [email protected] (Please allow time to respond, we've been overrun with comments and questions).

Very proud of our friends and colleagues at OCJ. We love working with them, and I am constantly amazed and inspired by each and every one of them.

Way to go Our Collective Journey!!

OCJ is extremely honoured to be receiving a COMMUNITY IMPACT AWARD through the Community Foundation of Southeastern Alberta

The Community Impact Award is a $25,000 grant designed for agencies with innovative project ideas that show creativity and leadership in supporting vibrant, healthy, and caring communities.

Our Collective Journey received a $25,000 award for Recovery Coaching. This program will help increase system capacity while providing hope to individuals and loved ones. A professionally trained Recovery Coach's role is to act as a personal guide, mentor, and role model for individuals seeking recovery from substance abuse.

Thanks for giving us the opportunity to present this new OCJ program to your Board of Directors and the rest of the CFSEA.

If you (or anyone you know) is struggling with substance abuse and wants a way out, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Working with Cook Southland Funeral Home on their video funerals is a tremendous honour and a great honour. Helping families build a video tribute that will last forever is bittersweet.

Thanks Rod and Cook Southland Funeral Chapel for the opportunity to build and operate your video system.

Now... I'm the worst for staying on top of social media... :) However, our event today for CMHA Southeastern Alberta was an amazing success. Over 1200 viewers over the course of the event, and a VERY happy group of people both in front of the camera AND behind it. Phew!! I'm exhausted!

Thanks to Canadian Mental Health Association Alberta Southeast Region, Tag Concepts, Al's Audio, Gaslamp Village Media Inc., Medicine Hat Exhibition & Stampede and all the sponsors of today's overwhelmingly successful event.

Just like the song... See you in September! (September 10th, to be specific)

Getting excited and nervous for this show.
