Today isn’t just about remembering history, it’s about honouring every man and woman who’s worn the uniform since. Those who fought, those who fell, and those who still carry the weight of it all.

We stop. We reflect. We remember.

We will remember them.

Remembrance Sunday. Today’s a day to stop and reflect on those who gave everything, not just in the world wars, but in every conflict since. Their sacrifice isn’t just history, it’s personal.

I think of the men I served alongside who are no longer with us. Some fell in battle, others lost to their own struggles, but all are remembered. Their names, their laughs, their stories… they stay with me every day.

As the world drifts further from understanding what that sacrifice really meant, it’s on us to remember, and to make sure others do too.
