We are looking for a motivated self-starter that can really take control of our Go Thrive Fundraising accounts in Calgary, and offer our groups the best service and best returns for their efforts.
As a Fundraising Consultant you will reach out to non-profit groups (schools, sports, NPOs), get to know your campaign coordinators, match groups with products that will sell well in their network and ultimately help them achieve their fundraising goals!
Experience is not required, however sales skills, customer service savvy, and marketing experience are an asset. Training will be provided, and the successful candidate will be working directly with our founders to boost Go Thrive Fundraising presence in Calgary and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Source new accounts to run fundraising campaigns
- Manage existing accounts and facilitate 2021/2022 campaigns
- Provide exceptional customer service to community fundraising
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of 2021/2022 marketing plan
- Organize events and supplies needed for fundraisers, including prize inventory and event scheduling
- Oversee campaign ex*****on, product orders and product distribution to groups

- Ability to work independently is a must
- Access to a computer will be important as most work is conducted virtually
- A vehicle may be required, for on-site meetings with campaign coordinators
Job Type: Part-time, Contract
Schedule: Flexible, 10-20 hours per week
Pay Structure: Commission + Quarterly Performance Bonus
