Maeghen has received several awards, including 2016 Avenue Magazine’s Top 40 under 40, the Agent of Change Award for Green Sparrow Care, and serves as a Board Member for Pace Kids, Ambassador for Fast and Female, and the Canadian Cancer Society's fundraising gala committee. With a 5500 sq foot fully equipped martial arts/fitness studio and over 1000 active athletes, Maeghen is the driving force behind 5 Elements Martial Arts, the main training center for Team Canada, and dedicated to empowering others through fitness and martial arts, both in the studio and in the community.
