I hope everybody had an amazing Thanksgiving up here in Canada. I love my brother to cook this year. I feel like that was brave on my part. Lol. Always remember to take that moment to be thankful and grateful for the things that you have in your life. It’s better to focus on what you have than what you don’t. You will have a happier life if you do.

You can’t live your life for anyone that isn’t you and expect to find happiness. Any kind of peace or contentment with your life. The way to feed your soul is to be true to you.

Healing is a process that you wouldn’t think you need permission for. Oddly enough, though telling yourself that you give yourself permission to heal those wonders in your journey to heal.

You can’t control everything. The sooner you accept this the happier you’ll be. Let go a little. Be silly. Do something goofy. Do something that will make you happy and that is the only reason you’re doing it. If no one and nothing else is making you happy in your life You can still make you happy. You can still do things for you. Because you still have you always and forever.

You work hard, you play hard, you, mom hard and are you pouring back into you hard? Isn’t that the real question? You have to make sure you’re taking care of you with everyone else. You are important and you deserve it.
