We did a little jam taste test and we are not going back. We tried all three- apple cinnamon, blueberry, and strawberry and there is zero sugar added. Greg is obsessed with the apple cinnamon and I am a strawberry girl through and through. Low carb, low cal, keto friendly and they actually taste good. Not āgood for a healthy optionā -just good. If you have been trying to cut back on sugar without giving up the stuff you love, these are worth trying.
