Hello Rebel Pack!

We thought since we are well into our 3rd season we should take a moment to reintroduce ourselves and let you know a little about us and why we started Rebels on Purpose Podcast.

Our podcast came about from many conversations about our passion to build community and to have conversations that were meaningful and truthful. To say it took a minute to get it off the ground is a bit of an understatement! Just like anything BIG on the dream radar we found a million reasons to continue to delay and stall. One night after hours of tech struggle and coming up against yet another reason NOT to record, we had an epiphany! Why were we making this SO HARD??! So we left our formal set up, grabbed a cup of tea and curled up on the couch and ‘hit record’.

That was 3 years ago and we have been cruising right along ever since!

We have been very best friends for over a decade now and have worked very hard to nurture our long distance relationship. There is love, respect and truth as the foundation and we continue to build and honour that every day. Truly, every day. This picture is of us in 2013 when we first met at a Yoga training.

Here is one thing you may not know about each of us:

Linz was very committed in Navy Cadets as a kid and that’s where she attributes much of her work ethic and good discipline/tenacity skills.

When James was 20 she bought a bus ticket for $69 and traveled from Vancouver to Mexico where she wandered around for a couple of months.

We want to thank our amazing growing community for all of their love and support in this venture. Without you we would just be 2 besties blabbing at each other on the couch.
