These photos make me pause with so much gratitude. Hiking with my baby brought a new level of healing. I met the newest version of myself on the trail and deeply bonded with my baby in the outdoors.

I didn’t know it then that I’d be known as that adventure mom from Canada and I feel so privileged and honoured to get to share my story and help many other moms through this outdoor motherhood journey. There are so many of us. 🥰

My favourite part will always be hearing others stories even the deepest and darkest moments we sometimes face in motherhood. The kind of stories that need healing and a special outdoor mom hiking meetup group. It’s a gift to meet so many outdoor babies. I love them all.

I have a few online classes left for 2025 and a lot more in 2026. I designed a program called the hiking mom circle and it connects moms over 10 zoom sessions and it is a vulnerable space of covering all things hiking with a baby.

This is why I show up here daily, I love helping other moms and creating everything that I would’ve loved to have info on when I was pregnant with my first.
