You can find us this weekend (August 14-16) at When Words Collide, a fantastic literary festival in Calgary, AB. Our books will be featured at the Owl's Nest Books table in the merchant room, and we'll be either there, in panels, or roaming the halls and bars like feral monsters.

It's August 7th and that means the long awaited release day for Fire Sands, the astonishing and wild dystopian Albertan tale from word wizard Randy Nikkel Schroeder - Author. The book is now available online (links in comments) and copies will be available at When Words Collide (at the Owl's Nest Books table in the Merchant Room - August 14-16), at the Owl's Nest store going forward, or directly from us. The release of Fire Sands, by the most excellent Randy Nikkel Schroeder - Author, is coming up soon! It will be available at When Words Collide mid August, with an official launch day of August 7th (where it will be available through online retailers).

There will be two editions. A widely available standard trade paperback edition AND a special numbered/signed edition, with French flaps, limited to 100 copies. We will provide more info on both versions in the coming days, but here's a sneak peak at what the special edition looks like. Artist Nyco Rudolph knocked it out of the park.
