twelve years ago we met on a dating app.
we didn’t have a plan. we just kept showing up for each other through everything that didn’t work out, and now caring for a tiny human we made together.
parenthood doesn’t come with instructions. neither did this relationship. we’ve been building both from scratch the whole time.
we’re still figuring it out twelve years in. still dancing together in the play area at naptime. still choosing each other in the small moments nobody sees.
zero regrets isn’t something i say lightly but its the way i’d describe what we have together.
