Don’t forget to keep your skin moisturizer & your body hydrated during these cold, VERY DRY, winter months we have coming. Some things that make a big difference to my skin & body during this time are:
🦋 Take advantage of the darker nights & perhaps getting home earlier & do your routine as soon as you get in from work/school. Full cleanse, acid, serum/oil application. Go about your business, check your skin hourly until you go to bed, & reapply if you feel like your skin is still absorbing.
🦋 Incorporating facial oil for an extra boost of hydration - my faves are the Squalane Oil & the Midnight Recovery Concentrate
🦋 Drinking lots of water (I need to do more of that honestly 😅)
🦋 Turning up our humidifier in the apartment
🦋 Toning - Keep up with the acids. Now is not the time to slow down. Acids are crucial for keeping your skin exfoliated & fresh.
