I was thinking about what to wear to a wedding this weekend and considered buying something new because I’d already worn one of my favourite dresses to another wedding this summer. Then I laughed at myself because I’ve been wearing that same dress (Exhibit 1) for 12 years, so what’s one more wedding..? 😂 Although now that I’ve posted about it, maybe I’ll borrow something from my sister instead lol
But here’s your reminder that you don’t -need- a new outfit for every birthday, vacation, wedding, or night out. I’m not saying don’t treat yourself, I definitely still do! But sometimes the pieces you reach for over and over are the ones that deserve the most love. They’re probably the ones that you feel the most confident and comfortable in! 🩷

And yes… I still own and wear every single one of these pieces, even if the latest photo isn’t from 2026. I just have too many photos to sort through… 😂 I could probably make these throwback photos with 75% of my closet though if I did a deep dive down Google Photos. (Should I?!)
