Turns out there’s a limit to how many imaginary treats a Yorkie will tolerate. Today I found that limit.... less than 3! And let’s just say Waffles had some very strong feedback for management.

I was going through some of our old content and found this one that I've actually never posted here on Instagram! This was our first video to go viral over on TikTok in 2020! It was a month after lockdown and I had nothing but time to teach Waffles trick like get me a tissue, and this one's actually pretty easy so let me know if you would like a tutorial on how to teach it.

Side note: this is one of our most stolen videos đŸ€Ș Back in 2020 I didn't put our watermark on things and I'm not saying it's a silver bullet but sometimes it does help you get your content taken down if it is posted without your permission.
Last point, this is also just a reminder to any new creators out there that more often than not it takes a lot of work and trial and error to grow a following. I literally started in 2015 with my previous dog Scout. If you go far enough back in our feed, you'll see we've got some pretty cringy stuff posted. Everyone has to start somewhere. The trick is just to find content that's gonna resonate with people. And in our early days, honestly some of his tricks were the ones that got us the most views.

We recently checked into the shmancy Resort hotel for one last paw-cation before it closes in October
 but don’t panic, it’s just for a glow-up, not a goodbye. Since 1992, this Banff classic has been serving mountain views, fine dining (hello Eden), and timeless glam. But Accor, the hotel group that Rimrock belongs to, is hitting pause to give the Rimrock a luxury-level makeover—think facelift, but make it alpine chic.

And obviously, you don’t show up in sweatpants to a luxury establishment like this. So I packed for the occasion: cue the tuxedo, the Gucci trench topper, and enough attitude to match the chandeliers. Would you expect anything less from me. I soaked up every second, every treat, and every 'who does he think he is' stare.

We even took in some of Banff’s famous sites like Lake Louise where I took an .sedona inspired selfie! Hard when you have short legs, but I tried anyway!

I’ll definitely be back in fall 2026 to inspect the remodel. I will be waiting for my invite đŸ€©

Booked a little staycation back in Banff at the Rimrock Resort Hotel and naturally packed the essentials: silk pajamas, robe, bunny slippers, and attitude. Swipe to see the bedtime outfits of a high-maintenance icon.
