The individual photos in this post both have a story to tell. I asked myself, how can these photos become more interesting? One word…contrast.

Contrast lets us see the opposing parts of the picture. In this photo, there are at least 3 contrasting elements (can you identify them all?). The range of elements helps us appreciate them more and creates more clarity/focus.

The best part about contrast…you can apply it to any area of life.

-Trying to choose between 2 ideas? Pros and cons.

-Trying to debate with someone? Opposing ideas that lead us to new ones.

-Chaos and peace?
Break through the chaos and enjoy the peace.

We could go on. Contrast creates a range, a better understanding, creative opportunities, and a chance for a more enjoyable life experience.
