David Lewry's Book Page

David Lewry's Book Page Each book shows change and growth throughout the process that is taken from the beginning of David's spiral downwards and the steps taken in recovery.

David has published several novels; Channel of The Broken Gun is a description of the problems related to active addiction while Head and Empty focus more on the solution and issues faced in recovery. The changes are apparent in his writing style as well; his life perspective is ever changing due to recovery and the reader is able to witness the transformation in his voice through the pages. With

each of his novels, including those classified as fiction, Angst and Bleed, even more of his personality is revealed, but it is not for the sole purpose of self expression; instead it is to share the information openly and honestly regarding the recovery taking place inside and the daily battles he works through without the aid of substances in the hope that other people suffering from the disease of addiction can find something that might help them remain sober.
