I do a lot to keep myself in balance, but something is still missing! I’m not gaining traction the way I desire. This week, I’ve noticed that It’s the things I’m NOT doing that are preventing me from moving forward. Could be avoidance of that thing, like a conversation about my feels, or knowingly choosing to not do something I don’t enjoy doing, like tracking my expenses. Sigh&eye roll*
Picked up this book to review some things and was reminded of the things I keep choosing to DO NOT do for myself. I’m all for choosing “no thank you” when I don’t want to be surrounded by toxicity, but what about the things I need to do but don’t like to do? At some point I have to go there. Just like I make my Niece clean up her toys when she’s done playing, she doesn’t want to but tidy up is a big part of play. What are the things you’re NOT doing? ~xox💕🐾🫶🏼
