True and proper worship is deeper than raised hands, emotional music, or how many worship songs we sing.

In Romans 12:1–2, Paul explained what true worship really is:

“To offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.”

Not by destroying ourselves physically, but by dying to sin daily and becoming more like Christ in character, words, and actions. Worship is not only what happens during church service; worship is how we live when nobody is watching.

And Paul continued:
“Do not conform to the pattern of this world...”

In a time where many teachings try to set aside the law of God, may we stand like Paul who said, “we establish the law.” The same Paul also wrote that the law is holy, just, and good.

True worship is a surrendered life.
A life that seeks holiness.
A life that chooses obedience over compromise.
A life pleasing to God, even when the world goes the opposite direction.

May our worship not only be heard in songs, but be seen in the way we live.

Stop chasing the gifts. Focus on the Giver.

Too often, we put our eyes on the results—blessings, protection, obedience, even heaven itself. But when those things become the goal, we miss the point.

Fix your eyes on Jesus.

When your relationship with Him is real and growing, obedience won’t feel forced—it will flow naturally. Blessings won’t be something you chase—they will follow in His perfect timing. Protection won’t be something you beg for—you’ll trust that you’re already in His hands. And heaven won’t just be a destination—it will be your hope anchored in Him.

Seek Jesus first, not what He can give.

Because when you truly find Him, you’ll realize… He was always more than enough.

Happy Sabbath bretheren from all over the world. ❤️🌎

One of the biggest misunderstandings about Seventh-day Adventists is this:

Many Christians think that because we talk about keeping the law — especially the Ten Commandments — we are trying to earn our way to salvation.

But in reality… it's actually the opposite.

Seventh-day Adventists don’t keep the law to be saved.

🕊️We keep the law because we are saved.

There's a big difference between the two.

If we talk about keeping the law before accepting Jesus, then yes — that becomes legalism.

That means trying to earn salvation by our own effort.

That means trying to be good enough so God will accept us.

But the Bible makes it clear — we can never save ourselves.

We can never be good enough on our own.
That's why we need Jesus.

Jesus comes first.
Salvation comes first.
Grace comes first.

Then obedience follows.

When a person accepts Jesus as their personal Savior, something changes inside.

The heart changes.
The desires change.
The mindset changes.

Obedience is no longer seen as a burden…
It becomes a response of love.

You don't obey to be loved.
You obey because you are loved.

You don't keep the commandments to be saved.
You keep them because Jesus already saved you.

Just like a child obeys their parents — not to become part of the family, but because they already are part of the family.

In the same way, we don’t keep God's commandments to become God's children…
We keep them because we already are His children.

This is where the confusion starts to clear.

Grace does not cancel the law.
Grace does not remove obedience.
Grace actually transforms obedience.

Because real salvation doesn’t just forgive you…
It changes you.

It changes how you live.
It changes how you think.
It changes what you value.

And when Jesus truly lives in your heart…
You naturally want to follow Him.

Not out of fear.
Not out of obligation.
But out of love.

Because when you understand how much Jesus saved you from…
Obedience becomes a joy — not a burden.

And suddenly…
The water of confusion becomes clear.

We don’t keep the law to be saved.
We keep the law because we already are saved. ✨

Sabbath Is Not Another Checkbox to Tick

Many people see the Sabbath as a burden.
A rule.
A law that restricts freedom.

But the truth is — the Sabbath was never meant to be against us.
It was given for us.

God didn’t create the Sabbath to make life harder.
He created it so we can rest, remember, and reconnect.

Think about it.

When you work a full-time job, you’re given days off. Why?
Because rest is necessary.
Because without rest, burnout happens.
Because without pause, productivity and health suffer.

Imagine working 7 days a week, nonstop.
No break.
No pause.
No time to breathe.

What would happen?

You’d get exhausted.
Mentally drained.
Emotionally empty.

That’s exactly why God gave the Sabbath.

Not as a burden — but as a gift.

A day to pause from the noise of the world.
A day to rest your body and mind.
A day to remember that your life is not just about work, deadlines, and responsibilities.

The Sabbath redirects our attention back to God.
It reminds us that we are not alone in this journey.
It reminds us that God is still in control.

Sabbath is not another checkbox to tick.
It’s not just a rule to follow.

It’s an invitation —
to rest,
to breathe,
and to be with God.

And in a world that never stops moving…
That kind of rest is not a burden —
It’s a blessing. 🙏

HAPPY SABBATH EVERYONE ❤️🇨🇦🇵🇭
