One of the best parts of our CEO's role at ThinkTech is hearing firsthand how our work impacts the people behind the businesses we serve.

Avnissh Gupta recently had a chance to sit down with Danielle Chesney, CEO of AV Group, to talk about her experience with our team on a recent e-commerce project.

What she shared really stuck with us.

Danielle came to us after multiple failed attempts to get her digital platform off the ground. She had worked with other teams, tried to manage things in-house, and faced more broken promises than she could count. When we first connected, she was understandably skeptical.

But from our first meeting, things felt different. We focused on listening. We made sure there was transparency in every part of the process. And most importantly, we kept our word.
