That slacker at work just got another "second chance" while you delivered your project on time.

"Hi, I wanted to update you that [problem] is fixed. We're back on track.”

Don’t keep silent, shout your success from the rooftops.

I went from $1.35/hr to a multi-six-figure executive.

The biggest shift? Getting SEEN.

At $1.35/hr, I was trying to survive. Keep my head down. Not be seen.

Then I asked myself, What am I here for if I can’t even talk? Nobody can punish me for giving my ideas. So I started saying them, slowly at first.

When a customer complained about slow service, I suggested we reorganize the seating chart.

When the kitchen was messy, I talked to the manager about SOLUTIONS.

Quickly I became indispensable.

Because everyone else is trying to quietly survive, get through the day and punch the clock.

So if you say something, even something small, you’re already a leader.

BE that. Because leaders get all the impact, the raises, and the opportunity to function at the highest level.

Your voice is your power. Don’t hide it.

CLAIM it and you’ll change your world.
