Grateful for the next chapter.

Thank you to all my wonderful clients and supporters who have believed in me and what I do.

I’m finishing up current client projects and preparing for baby number four who is due to arrive next month.

Storytelling makes my heart soar. I’ll be taking on projects when it’s the right time and when I’m ready.

Relationships are so important as a female entrepreneur.

One of my greatest supporters has been my book coach, marketing coach and friend, Lyndsie Barrie.

Lyndsie bought me a ticket and invited me to the luncheon today where she was a panelist.

She did an amazing job as she shared her wisdom with the room. Way to go !

So grateful for this opportunity to meet other supportive women in business and catch up with old friends at this lovely event in Calgary.

It was Bring Your Mom to Work Day!

Having my mom help me at one of my video shoots was a first.

She served as my Mandarin language interpreter to help me communicate smoothly with the owners of Chuan Tian Xia — a new authentic Sichuan restaurant in Calgary that was recognized for their amazing food and service by Asia Star TV!

I am truly blessed to have family around who are willing to help. My mom came with me to the shoot to help me as an interpreter. Meanwhile my brother and aunt helped me watch my toddler while I worked — and my brother also helped me get out of a bind when my earphones broke at the beginning of the shoot by driving to the location to bring me his! Phew. So grateful for family.

The full feature will be presented by Asia Star TV. They feature the most popular Chinese restaurants in Canada, the US and Australia.

P.S. If you’re looking for authentic Sichuan food in Calgary, try their restaurant! We bought five dishes after our shoot and everything was delicious! The owners are very kind and attentive.

One of the best parts of 2024 was being able to meet and work with big-hearted people.

This includes the amazing and caring staff from !

Most of the people I work with feel shy when they have to be captured on camera.

If you feel the same way — relax! I’ll help you feel comfortable in front of the lens.

Working with thousands of people during my career as a journalist and professional videographer and photographer has given me to confidence to work with all kinds of people.

Here’s to working with more big-hearted Calgarians in 2025!

🤩 JOY 🤩 perfectly describes this event captured on camera and the incredible woman at the center of it.

Miss Anne is a well-loved and respected TV host and author.

She is best known for her role as host of the popular TV show, “Romper Room”.

Now at the age of 91, she has published her first children’s book, “I Am a Big Brother with a Superpower”.

Miss Anne asked me to capture her book launch event in June with both photography and videography (which I’ll admit is tough to do both at an event solo — but Miss Anne is an amazing and lovely person so I happily agreed).
And I’m so honoured she asked me!

I can’t wait to share the finished video of the event!
