Sharing my tip because it’s super easy — and it’s how I lost more than 140 pounds.
Many moms and grandmothers like me don’t know about this simple fix, even though it was studied and discovered here in Canada.
I first came across it in an article a family friend shared with me, and it made total sense.
I started following it daily with my meals — nothing complicated. Within weeks I felt lighter, my energy returned, and the weight kept coming off… more than 140 pounds down.
