Calgary felt especially cinematic during my stay at The Dorian, the city’s only Michelin Key Autograph Collection hotel. I was in town releasing my original Christmas song, attending events, and sitting down for a CBC radio interview, so rest, location, and atmosphere mattered. delivered all of it. Artsy and intimate, unforgettable food, beautifully crafted cocktails including a few sneak peeks before they hit the menu, and mornings anchored by coffee from the café downstairs.
