THURSDAY LIFE THOUGHTS-

“I DON’T KNOW” DOESN’T MAKE YOU LESS WISE.

Some people would rather give a wrong answer than admit they don't know.

They'll guess.

They'll pretend.

They'll speak confidently about things they haven't understood.

But there is wisdom in being able to say:

“I don't know.”

It doesn't mean you're unintelligent.

It means you're honest enough to recognize the limits of what you know.

Sometimes the wisest response is:

“Let me find out.”

“I need to think about that.”

“I may be wrong.”

“I don't have enough information to answer.”

You don't have to know everything to be wise.

A wise person remains teachable.

Ask questions.

Listen.

Learn.

And don't manufacture an answer just to protect your image.

Never be so afraid of looking uninformed that you become comfortable being wrong.

HAVE YOU HEARD…?

She Thought Her Silence Was Keeping The Peace—Until She Realized What It Was Costing Her.....

Ada had learned to keep quiet.

When her husband spoke harshly to her in front of his business partners and neighbors, she smiled and swallowed the embarrassment.

When decisions were being made, his family was often consulted before her.

When money came up, she once heard someone say,

“Ada, your husband's money isn't your money. It is our money.”

She said nothing.

Then one day, another relative said something that cut even deeper:

“A wife isn't really part of the family. She isn't related by blood.”

That night, Ada cried.

Not because she wanted to take her husband's family away from him.

She simply wondered:

“After everything I've sacrificed for this family, why do I still feel like an outsider?”

But she kept quiet.

She told herself she was protecting her marriage.

Then one evening, her teenage son overheard an argument.

His father asked Ada,

“Why didn't you tell me you felt this way?”

Before Ada could answer, her son looked at her and said,

“Mummy, you always tell us to talk when something is wrong. Why don't you talk?”

Ada couldn't hold back her tears.

She realized she had spent so much time keeping the peace that she had slowly lost her voice.

The next morning, she sat with her husband.

She didn't ask him to choose between her and his family.

She simply said,

“I don't want to take your family away from you. I just need to know that I am your family too.”

And for the first time, they truly talked.

Because honoring extended family should never require making your spouse feel like an outsider.

And respecting your husband does not mean losing your voice.

Sometimes a wife isn't asking to be more important than everyone else.

She's simply asking not to be treated as less important than everyone else.

THE THINGS THEY NEVER TOLD YOU ABOUT WOMANHOOD-

EPISODE 9

"They Told You Your Age Could Make Pregnancy More Difficult …"

But They Never Told You About SARAH.. ❤️

They told you about declining fertility.

They told you about increased risks.

They told you that pregnancy at certain ages may be considered high-risk.

And yes, these are realities women should understand.

But they never told you that medical facts don't have to become hopelessness.

Sarah was far beyond the natural age of childbearing, and yet God gave her Isaac.

This is not about ignoring doctors, rejecting medical advice, or taking unnecessary risks.

Faith and wisdom can walk together.

You can know the statistics and still have hope.

You can listen to your doctor and still believe God.

You can acknowledge the risks without believing your story is already over.

If you're believing God for a child, don't let fear make the decision for you.

Get informed.
Seek proper medical care.
Ask questions.
Make wise decisions.

And keep your hope in God.

Because a medical report is information, not your identity.

And your age is a number, not the measure of what God can do.

But remember: Sarah's story is not a promise that every woman's story will look the same.

Your worth as a woman was never determined by your ability to conceive.

Walk in faith.
Walk in wisdom.
Walk with God.

"Is anything too hard for the LORD?"
— Genesis 18:14

📖 FAMILY LIFE LESSONS FROM THE BIBLE

A POPULAR BELIEF TODAY...

"Family members should always take your side."

It sounds loyal.

But is it always right?

Real love doesn't always say,

"You're right."

Sometimes it says,

"I love you too much to let you stay wrong."

Think about Eli and his sons.

Eli knew about the sinful behavior of his sons and rebuked them, but he failed to restrain them or remove them from serving as priests. Instead of dealing decisively with their persistent rebellion, he allowed it to continue.

God held Eli accountable—not because he committed the same sins, but because he failed to honor God above his family.

The consequences reached beyond Eli himself and affected his entire household.

One of the greatest acts of love in a family is not defending wrong behavior.

It is lovingly confronting it—and taking the necessary steps to address it.

Healthy families don't cover sin.

They encourage repentance.

They don't excuse disrespect.

They correct it with truth and love.

Because love without truth becomes indulgence.

And truth without love becomes harshness.

God calls us to hold both together.

"Better is open rebuke than hidden love. Faithful are the wounds of a friend..." — Proverbs 27:5–6

WEDNESDAY LIFE THOUGHTS-

When You Say “I WILL,” Make Sure Your Actions Agree....

Anybody can make a promise.

Anybody can say, “I’ve got you.”

Anybody can say, “I’ll be there.”

But your character is revealed when your words meet responsibility.

If you say you'll call—call.

If you say you'll show up—show up.

If you commit—follow through.

Because trust isn't built by impressive words.

It's built when people repeatedly see your words and actions agree.

But let's be gracious with each other.

Sometimes life happens.

You may genuinely intend to keep your word and still fall short.

You may forget.
You may misjudge what you could handle.
You may make a mistake.

That doesn't automatically make you dishonest.

What matters is what you do next.

Acknowledge it.

Apologize.

Communicate.

Make it right where you can.

And do better.

You don't build trust by pretending you never fail.

You build it by being honest when you do.

Your word doesn't have to be perfect. But it should be trustworthy.

🌙 THE STRONGEST PEOPLE OFTEN CRY IN PRIVATE.

The strongest person in the room isn't always the loudest.

Sometimes, it's the mother who keeps smiling while carrying burdens no one knows about.

It's the father who quietly sacrifices his own dreams so his children can chase theirs.

It's the spouse who chooses peace over proving they're right.

It's the person who keeps showing up, even when life has broken them more than once.

Strength isn't pretending you never hurt.

Strength is choosing love after disappointment.

Choosing kindness after betrayal.

Choosing faith when the answers don't come.

Before you assume someone is "doing just fine," remember...

Some battles are fought behind closed doors.

So tonight, be gentle with people.

Your kindness may be the reason someone finds the courage to keep going tomorrow.

“Carry each other's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.”

❤️ You never know what someone is carrying.

If today was heavy, take a deep breath. You made it through.

THE SON WHO CAME HOME

Some secrets don't disappear… they wait for the right person to uncover them.

EPISODE 7 — “WHAT DAVID KNEW”...

Miriam couldn't take her eyes off the name.

DAVID ADELEKE.

Her husband's name.

The man she had loved for more than thirty years.

The man she believed had never known anything about Daniel.

She looked at Samuel.

“Tell me everything.”

Samuel sighed.

“I don't know everything.”

“Then tell me what you know.”

He sat down.

“Your mother came to me three days after Daniel disappeared.”

Miriam's heart sank.

“She told me the baby was alive.”

Miriam covered her mouth.

“But why didn't she tell me?”

Samuel looked at her.

“Because she said someone was watching you.”

“Who?”

“I never found out.”

Daniel stepped forward.

“What about David?”

Samuel was silent.

That silence said enough.

Miriam's voice became sharper.

“My husband knew?”

Samuel finally nodded.

“He knew Daniel was alive.”

Miriam staggered backward.

“No…”

She shook her head.

“David couldn't have known.”

Samuel reached into his pocket.

“There is something else.”

He placed an old photograph on the table.

Miriam picked it up.

It was David.

Much younger.

Standing outside the same hospital where Daniel had been born.

And beside him…

Was Grace, Daniel's adoptive mother.

Miriam's eyes widened.

“When was this taken?”

“Three weeks after Daniel disappeared.”

Daniel stared at the photograph.

“So my adoptive mother knew David?”

Samuel nodded.

“They knew each other.”

Miriam felt betrayed all over again.

“All these years…”

She whispered.

“My husband knew my son was alive…”

“And never told me.”

Samuel shook his head.

“There's something you don't understand.”

“What?”

“David wasn't hiding Daniel from you.”

“Then why?”

Samuel looked directly at her.

“Because David was trying to protect you.”

Miriam's eyes filled with tears.

“Protect me from what?”

Samuel didn't answer.

Instead, he pointed to the photograph.

“Look at David's hand.”

Miriam examined it carefully.

He was holding a small piece of paper.

She zoomed in on the photograph.

There was a name written on it.

A name she recognized immediately.

Her own.

MIRIAM.

But underneath it was another word.

RUN.

Miriam's heart stopped.

Daniel looked at her.

“Why would your husband tell you to run?”

Before anyone could answer…

Miriam heard a noise from the back of the shop.

A cupboard door had opened.

They all turned.

Slowly.

Then they heard footsteps.

Someone was inside.

Samuel stood up.

“Stay here.”

He walked toward the back room.

Miriam grabbed Daniel's arm.

Then suddenly—

A man ran out through the back door.

Samuel chased after him.

But he was gone.

On the floor was a small envelope.

Miriam picked it up.

Her name was written on the front.

And beneath it were four words:

“David never betrayed you.”

Miriam stared at the message.

Her hands began to tremble.

Because if that was true…

What had David been protecting her from?
