We are gearing up for the inaugural season of the MFL and we are looking to fill a few spots on our already stacked roster of world-class coaches, educators, and mentors.

My Story

I get it, I’m a musician too.

I’m Mike Schwartz, AKA “The Rock Doctor” and I teach movement, nutrition and mindset to help music-makers get the most out of their lives. I specialize in corrective exercise & injury prevention and rehabilitation, functional strength and conditioning, weight management, athletic performance, stress resiliency and performance nutrition but my passion is really just helping others get the most out of life, both on and off stage.

I have published a few books, several articles and done a ton of research on this stuff. If you dig reading, you can check out my first book titled, "The Musician's Guide To Surviving The Rock Star Lifestyle" on Amazon.ca

I dig helping others get out of their own way and become the best version of themselves. We tend to displace ourselves from nearly every other task imaginable. Today could be the day you put yourself first.
