Ya gotta trust a retailer to sell ya your tools required for school...
The manufacturer needs to produce solid enough tools to be worth your trust...
As well as make quality products that the retailer has confidence enough to sell a 3 year warranty protection for them.
These facts are simple enough to keep in check right?
What bad business does to this harmonious trade off is totally screw the student at the end of the day...
They lose what should be understood as some highly valuable thing's, that should be they should legally and ethically be compensated for, when either one of the other 2 contributors f**k up... Especially when they both happen to fail to provide what the broke as f**k student paid each of them to do...
In this situation I am referring to, the manunfacturer messed up the most important part installed in their product... That they admitted to when the retailer was removed from their role, and eventually fixed it to a minimalist acceptable resolve...
The retailer sold the defective product, then sold 3 years of protection on it...
When the student was incapable to proceed with their studies any further due to this tool the first time, he also struggled through every single class due to the faulty product... The faith in the repair service was ruined when the same issues returned after their repair work did nothing but bury the hidden defective component even deeper and doubled the length of time that the student had endure working with a fuilty tool...
The retailer refuses to return the student's $300 for their tested and proven failure protection coverage... And has nothing to say as for why they choose to steal the money they failed to ever deserve.
So the 2 root causes for failure get paid in the end for the things they f**ked up... Yet the student loses money, time, education, and their sanity at the end of it all?
Do you agree that this scenario is proper, fair, and how this country should be as for how business is conducted?
..or am I right to say that the outcome should entirely be comcluded the other way around???
Oh ya and it's Canada Computers and Electronics who has stolen my money for not providing effect service and f**ked up my $20 000 in tuition... After selling me a bunk product they also failed to fix... The called the cops on me and made them tell me that my refund was refused... Before I lost it and got arrested.
