🌟 **Excited to share the release of the latest project EarWorm Sound provided audiopost production on: *440 West Parousia* 🎬** 🌟

In this haunting short film, a religious family waiting for the rapture is shaken by the arrival of an unexpected guest. The tension, emotion, and eerie quiet of this story were brought to life by a talented cast and an incredibly dedicated crew.

It was a pleasure to collaborate with an amazing team, including Director/Writer/Editor Scott Belyea, Producers Anna Boyes and Erin Boyes, and a skilled cast led by Erin Boyes, Duncan Minett, Remy McLeod, and many others. The artistic vision was captured through the lens of Director of Photography Greg Bartels and supported by Production Designer Anna Boyes, Sound Mixer Derrick Doll, and the entire talented crew. Every department put their heart into making *440 West Parousia* come alive on screen.

Big thanks to the hardworking individuals behind the scenes, from the production team to the art and makeup departments, sound and color specialists, and everyone in between.

FirstVoices is an initiative of the First Peoples’ Cultural Council and the First Peoples’ Cultural Foundation. It was created in 2003 to support language revitalization for all B.C. First Nations. The Indigenous technology platform provides an online space for B.C. First Nations to share and promote their language, oral history and linguistic history. Importantly, members retain ownership of content created by them for use on their community site. The goal of FirstVoices.com is to help Indigenous languages succeed with state-of-the-art hardware, software, and technical support for their communities.

On International Mother Language Day 2024, FirstVoices marks its 20th anniversary. In celebration, there have been improvements and features added to the platform to further support all language teams. Learn more about FirstVoices.com and its improved features at fpcc.ca/newfirstvoices

🎬 Exciting News! 🎬 We've had an incredible year (2023/2024) in the realm of Descriptive Video, making movies more accessible to visually impaired viewers! At EarWorm Sound, we take pride in our partnerships with current clients working with Hallmark, Lifetime, and Tubi to bring inclusive entertainment to everyone. Here's a glimpse into our journey and how Descriptive Video is making a difference:

🌟 In 2023/2024, we've collaborated on a range of heartwarming and captivating movies, ensuring that no one is left out of the cinematic experience. From enchanting love stories to thrilling adventures, we've worked tirelessly to provide Descriptive Video services that enhance accessibility for visually impaired audiences.

🎥 Our commitment to inclusivity extends beyond mere entertainment – it's about fostering connections and empowering individuals. With Descriptive Video, we're breaking barriers and opening doors for millions of viewers to immerse themselves in the magic of storytelling.

💡 What exactly is Descriptive Video? It's an audio track that narrates visual elements of a movie, providing essential context for those who are blind or visually impaired. By describing scenes, actions, and expressions, Descriptive Video enables individuals to fully engage with the storyline, characters, and emotions portrayed on screen.

🌈 We firmly believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to enjoy the wonders of cinema, and Descriptive Video is a crucial step towards making that a reality. By embracing accessibility, we're not only enriching lives but also enriching the entertainment industry as a whole.

📽️ Looking ahead, we're excited to continue our mission of making movies more inclusive and accessible. If you're in need of Descriptive Video services for your next project, we're here to help! Let's work together to create meaningful experiences that touch hearts and inspire minds.
