I spend the day with Alvin Levesque in rural New Brunswick, as he walks me through his family's traditional maple syrup operation. From tapping the trees to boiling the sap his wood-fired evaporator, Alvin shares the care, patience, and craftsmanship behind every bottle.

It’s a peaceful look at a way of life rooted in nature, sustainability, and the sweet rewards of working with the land.

I spend the day with Matt Levesque from Levesque Farm, a regenerative farmer living a peaceful, grounded life on his homestead with his family. He shows me what he feeds his pigs, how he works with his horses, and what type of cows he raises.

It’s a look into a lifestyle that’s all about caring for the land and the animals and living simply.
