Early morning dog walks are part of the best part of the day❤️ I was walking on Portobello Beach this morning in Edinburgh and I came across the Star and I just thought I’d put it out there that you’re a star. I’m a star and we’re all gonna shine on.❤️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟

Seems like it’s jellyfish season there’s a bunch of massive jellyfish on the beach today! Not sure if they’re alive or not, but I’m making sure both the dog and I don’t step on them. Is that thing of nature takes over at times❤️

Wow, I was walking through the botanic Gardens today in Edinburgh and I came across the Rhododendrum, which are now in full bloom. It is absolutely amazing they’re stunning so if you get a chance take some time to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle and take a walk through the gardens because it is stunningly beautiful.❤️ you know it’s that thing of trying to find creativity but you can’t find creativity sat staring at the wall or staring at the screen or staring at a blank sheet of Artist paper. At least that’s not my view. You gotta get out and just do things and the inspiration will come there’s no need to stay stuck. ❤️❤️

I was chatting to somebody in London last week and I was trying to explain the sea – and it’s like trying to explain something that’s not explainable. Is the sound it’s the view it’s the scent and it’s this thing of just finding peace no matter what’s going on in the world.❤️

There’s an exhibition tomorrow night with me in it in London so you wanna all check that out👍 I’ll drop the address in here but I’m just finishing up the tides video working at the British library which is always an inspiring place to be❤️. Come on down tomorrow night and catch up with me and a bunch of other great artist and it’s gonna be great fun. OK so here’s today’s job – create a 24 minute multi channel sound work – I’ve got all the sounds created pretty much so it’s just the arrangement today and sometimes for me drawing things out helps. I’m creating a 24 minute video which will change every minute therefore the Soundscape will change slightly every minute we’ve got the intro the middle of the break and the end.🩷now most of this is gonna be statically done in Ableton however I’m going to use Max to create some random elements and map them because well, I can do that and it would be cool😄

I’m so grateful to be living where I’m living – it took a lot of courage for me to leave London after 35 years but I don’t regret the move. Sometimes you’ve gotta get out of your comfort zone. I guess that’s true and most things in life isn’t it really because there’s no challenge there’s no change. There’s no forward movement in the comfort zone.❤️
