Today has been a heavy heart day.

My MIL passed away last night 🌙 😢. We were expecting it, but it's still a sad moment.

Our comfort comes from her knowing Jesus. That gives us a peace like no other. We know some day we will meet again.

I know I haven't posted in a while, but I haven't quit. I've been consistant with the workouts.

Honestly, it's been a slow go 🐌. Even though I've stayed consistent, I haven't been able to break the 200lb mark. I fluctuate from 200 to 203.

Today, I got a surprise though. No, I didn't break 200lbs, BUT, I got my visceral fat down 12. When I started it was at 18 as you can see. I'll take it!!

I'm definitely starting to feel the difference.

I have more energy, and strength.

Consistency is definitely key.

I thought I'd see the weight on the scale go down more, but as long as I'm feeling thinner, energetic and stronger 💪 it's a win 🏆 😉

Had some Cow's over the weekend out in the North Rustico/ Cavendish area. We stopped in at Avonlea Village. Stephen wanted to look over the pergola they have there. I will share the pergola he's building me once it's finished. Today, had to burn off the Cow's. It's done. Now jumping in the shower and heading to get my hair cut and then to work. Hey Folks,

So here we have my Progress Report from May 10th (when I started) to today....

You can see that what needs to decrease has, and what needs to increase is.

If I was just stepping on a regular scale weekly or monthly, I'd be super disappointed. Because I am able to see the changes in lean muscle and fat percentages, it keeps me motivated.

I've been MIA for almost two weeks, but staying on track.

The weight still fluctuates, but the fat percentage keeps dropping. I know that if I didn't have the pod to show me what is happening with the fat vs the lean muscle, Iwouls really be disappointed. I'll share some stats soon.

I've been busy and distracted. Good old ADHD. If you have it too, you know what I mean.
