Today I had the chance to check out the 2025 Charlottetown Rib Festival!

What an event!! The air was filled with mouthwatering smells, and there was no shortage of things to do! I kicked things off by taking it all in. Then somehow ended up riding a bull and even judging the rib contest!!

Today was such a cool day. If you haven’t been yet, definitely go and check it out. It’s going on til 8pm! 🔥🍖🐂

Yesterday was one for the book. I stopped by the John Andrew Memorial Fishing Derby and soaked up everything nature had to offer.

I ran into wildlife, met some passionate fishers, spotted the first signs of spring. With blossoms starting to pop…. and even made a new friend named Saskia 🐾. Let’s just say Chester wasn’t thrilled when I got home 😅 ! I guess he will have to come with me next time!

But all in all such an amazing morning filled with nature, good vibes, and great weather! ✨☀️

Happy (belated) International Potato day!! 🥔✨ Let’s be honest, here on PEI it should be a provincial holiday!

Here on PEI we grow, eat, talk about, dream about them…. heck we probably even have a cousin named after them! 😂

We celebrated yesterday by handing out FREE Potatoes, stickers, and chips! nothing says “ we love spuds” like giving them away by the bagful.

And of course, the highlight of the day was meeting Tate the potato!

The spud, the myth, the legend. He made an appearance, and let me tell you-everyone needed a photo with him! Kids, adults, and even tourists. So thank you Tate, for coming out you were spud-tacular!!

It was a beautiful day, and I had so much fun meeting everyone that came out!
