I've been here.... it feels like a downward spiral with so much force that you feel like you're never going to be able to fight the current to get back to the top..... YOU WILL get back to the top. EVERY accomplishment; you opened your blinds today, you made your bed today, you brushed your teeth today; yes, you know these things are generally effortless; however, when fighting your way out of a 'depression vortex', these things ARE ACCOMPLISHMENTS.... and doing each one puts you on a trajectory to bring you closer to the top of your spiral 🌀 YOU GOT THIS. YOU WILL HAVE BETTER DAYS AGAIN 💖

AM I THE ONLY ONE?? Oh I really hope I'm not!!!
Either my ADHD brain / memory is glitching or I need to see a Dr..... I 'for real' forgot the clocks went ahead last night 😳 the hubby had all the clocks changed before I woke up, and of course our devices do it on their own.... a fb post reminded me 🫨😵‍💫
