Forward Media Solutions | Remote (Chilliwack-based)

Forward Media Solutions is looking for a reliable and creative Part-Time Social Media Assistant to help manage and grow the online presence of our clients. This is a remote-first position with flexible hours, perfect for someone who understands social media, enjoys engaging with local businesses, and wants to be part of a growing creative company.

What You’ll Be Doing
Collect and organize client content (photos, videos, graphics)

Schedule and post content across social media platforms (primarily Instagram and Facebook)

Write thoughtful, engaging captions and post copy tailored to each brand

Engage with other local businesses and community posts by commenting and interacting authentically on behalf of clients

Help develop and follow monthly social media content calendars and strategies alongside our team

This Role Is For You If You Are:
Highly organized and can manage multiple clients’ content

Comfortable writing captions and creating engaging posts

Familiar with platforms like Meta Business Suite, Later, or similar schedulers

A good communicator and self-starter

Knowledgeable about current trends in social media, especially for small/local businesses

Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Valued):
Graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite)

Social media analytics and reporting

Experience with reels and short-form video

Familiarity with Google Ads, basic web design, or blogging

The Details
Position: Part-time (approx. 10–15 hours/week to start)

Location: Remote with flexibility; ideally Chilliwack-based for local relevance

Pay: Based on experience and skillset

Growth Opportunities: Room to take on more clients and responsibilities as we grow
