I wanted to create another artwork based on my previous drawing , and ended up exploring this sketch 😀
My goal was to try an Asian ink paint style blended with first nations inspiration 🙃 while hopefully coming across respectful.
It's my belief that people grow closer when cultures and art are shared and learned by all, then reimagined in an artist's eye, to inspire once again.

I sat down with a tea in the chill atmosphere of grand opening yesterday 😄 and drew this scene using matcha and ink.
I wanted the ink to smudge, but didn't have water, so necessity had me using a little of my matcha🍵. The result is this fun bit of green added to the sketch.
