If you need 100 % perfect all the time TV.....

If you can’t go a few Days without a working Guide.......

If you are not willing to search for an alternate channel to watch your favorite show.......

If you can’t go without TV for an extended period of time while things get repaired. Out of my control....

If you can’t go without Hassling me when it stops working for an hour.....



This is Cheap because it is not perfect. You want perfect keep paying the big guys.

Passing Along the Msg.

EPG off sync for time.
They have been working on EPG and stuff in back ground so things may be out of sync.
You can either go in and change your offset in the apps to -2:00 or be patient until things resolve. All reports of guide issues will be deleted.
Please remember that not all channels have a guide and some may so incorrect information. Unfortunately that is not something we control.

Urgent Update
Anyone that is using Paranormal we are aware of the issue there was a break in one of the fiber Loops and the fiber ring has been taken offline while the Repair is being completed. Currently there is no ETA but they will let us know more as progresses

Hey all.. as we all know many server configs have been in the works and still a few being done. Also, as you may have seen the Canadian channels are being worked on Categories revamped. They are now working on CA General channels, adding new suppliers and going through them one at a time.. Please let your customers know to be patient.. When all is done things will be better than before.. Just need some time!
