All Caught Up (For Now!)

We are officially all caught up on every order placed so far! ✅ Thank you to everyone who has reached out wanting to order their runs — your patience and understanding while we got caught up means so much.

📩 If you are missing a run or something doesn’t look right with your order, please send me a private message here on Facebook or by email. It’s too easy for those requests to get lost in the comments, and this way I can make sure it’s handled properly.

💸 All refunds for any missed runs have also been fully processed — either through Square or e-transfer, depending on how payment was made.

👉 We are so grateful for the many messages we’ve received across different platforms from people wanting to purchase their runs. To give each order the attention it deserves, we don’t reopen while working other events. Orders will open again at the start of next week — keep an eye out for the order sheet!

ABRA Finals Video Editing Update

First off, a huge thank you to everyone for keeping us on our toes this week! We are truly overwhelmed (in the best way) by the amount of orders and the kind notes so many of you have sent our way. Your support means the world to us. ❤️

Our team of three is working together — with two on editing and one on payments and invoicing — to get videos out as quickly as possible.

✅ Progress Update:
• Youth & Open Pool A + B videos have all been delivered (with the exception of orders placed after the Finals - those will be sent out no later than Friday, August 29th).
• Youth & Open Short Go runs are currently being finalized and will be sent out immediately.
• Pee-Wee videos will be delivered today.

📝 Order Status:
Orders officially closed yesterday (August 27th). Once all current edits are delivered, we may reopen for a short time to accommodate anyone who missed their opportunity. Stay tuned for details!

📣 2025 ABRA Finals Video Orders Update 🎥

We are absolutely thrilled with the response and amount of video orders from this year’s Finals - thank you! We’re currently working through orders in the sequence payment was received, (in the Open) starting with Pool A and Pool B videos before moving on to Short Go orders.

⏳ Important Deadline:
👉 Online orders for the 2025 Finals will officially close Wednesday, August 27th. That will be your last opportunity to place an order for your video(s).

👀 Viewing Reminder:
The only way to preview your run(s) prior to ordering was at our booth during the Finals. At this time, we don’t have a system to upload all videos online for preview before ordering.

📩 Delivery Timeline:
• Please allow until Wednesday, August 27th at 12:00AM for your video to arrive before reaching out — answering messages is currently taking more time than editing itself.
• Short Go runs will be sent out in a separate email from your other runs, so don’t panic if they’re not included in your first delivery.
• Any orders placed after Sunday, August 24th will be sent out after the videos purchased during the Finals week are completed, but no later than Friday, August 29th.

✅ Final Confirmation Post:
Once all videos have been sent out, I will make a Facebook post to confirm. If you don’t receive yours after that, please reach out so I can make sure nothing was missed.
