Tomorrow. 12PM Central Time. Live on Zoom. 🐓

If you’ve been waiting for the right moment to figure out how to bring your horse back, this is it.

Back to Consistent Runs is a live masterclass where I’ll walk you through exactly what I do to bring barrel horses back after injury or a long time off. Step by step. From home. No fancy equipment needed.

Because the problem isn’t the injury. The problem is not knowing what to do next, and doing too much too soon, or waiting too long.

Tomorrow I’m giving you the roadmap.

✦ The exact exercises your horse needs right now
✦ How to know when he’s truly ready to compete again
✦ The #1 mistake that causes re-injuries and how to avoid it

Your horse doesn’t need to look weak to be vulnerable.

That’s the part most people miss.

After time off or rehab, muscles often come back faster than the structures supporting them. So the horse starts feeling better… moving better… even training better.

And that’s exactly when people push too fast.

Not because they don’t care.
Because nobody taught them how to progress the workload safely.

A horse can look amazing at a jog and lope, then struggle the moment speed, torque, deeper ground, or harder turns are added back in.

That’s not ā€œrandom.ā€
That’s overload showing up before the body was fully prepared for the demand.

The goal isn’t just getting your horse back to running.
It’s building a horse that can handle the run safely and consistently.

That takes progression.
Balance.
And understanding what tissues actually need to adapt.

That’s exactly what I’ll be teaching inside my live masterclass:
Back to Consistent Runs 🐓

We’ll cover:
• How to safely bring horses back after injury or time off
• The biggest mistakes that lead to setbacks
• How to progress intensity correctly
• What ā€œready to runā€ should actually look like

I’ve seen a lot of horses come through my program.
But Batman’s story stopped me.

Jaws of life. A hind leg surgery. Everyone telling PJ it was over.

She didn’t accept that. And when she came to me, I wasn’t going to accept it either.

We built a plan specifically for him. His body, his injury, his timeline.

A year later, he’s back in the arena. Competing. Performing.

This is what’s possible when the return is intentional.
If your horse has been off and you’re scared to push too hard, scared of another setback, scared of losing another season.

I built this masterclass for you.

The hardest part is that setbacks can make you question everything.

You start wondering if you did too much.
If you moved too fast.
If you’re back at square one again.

But rehab is not supposed to be a straight line.

What matters is understanding why the setback happened.

Because most of the time, the problem is not effort itself.
It’s asking for more load before the body had fully adapted to it.

That’s why so many horses look ā€œbetterā€ before they’re truly strong enough for the next step.

And if you don’t know how to recognize that moment…
you end up repeating the same cycle over and over again.

This is exactly what I’ll be teaching inside my masterclass:

• How to progress workload safely
• Why tissue adaptation matters more than timelines
• The most common rehab mistakes riders make after ā€œimprovementā€
• How to build toward consistency instead of temporary progress

This weekend meant a lot to me šŸ¤

Being able to look you in the eyes, hear your stories, and talk about your horses, is something I don’t take lightly.

I know many of you are doing your best every day, trying to make the right decisions for your horse, even when it’s not always clear what that is.

Thank you for showing up.
For trusting.
For being open to doing things differently.

Because I know it’s not easy to question what you’ve always been told.

But that’s where real change starts.

A special thank you to the BBR team for creating the space for these conversations to happen šŸ¤

I’m so grateful for every conversation we had at BBR, and for the ones we’re going to keep having šŸ¤

And I’m really excited for what’s coming next…
we’re going to go deeper into rehab, conditioning, and how to actually apply this with your horse.

More soon ✨

After your run…
do you actually know how your horse is recovering?
Or are you just going off how they feel?

LARC TEST gives you real data post-run so you can see if your program is:
• building
• stalling
• or putting your horse at risk

We’ll be testing on-site April 22–26
āš ļø Spots are limited due to the post-run timing
and they tend to fill quickly once the event starts

Dr. Tula, DVM will be there to help you understand your results and what to do next.

šŸ‘‰ Get on the list before it fills up

Priority goes to riders who reserve in advance

šŸ‘‰That fear after an injury is normal.
But staying there doesn’t protect your horse.

Rehab isn’t guessing.
It’s intentional work that prepares the body to handle more, safely.

When every exercise has a purpose,
you stop second-guessing.
And your horse starts getting stronger with confidence.
