All the lessons from this last year has led to something truly clicking. And it's sparked a flame inside of me that I never knew existed 🔥🔥

So this year, I made one concious choice and commitment: to always be true and authentic to who I am, and who I want to continue to become. No. matter. what. it. cost.

This meant facing and reassessing myself and the things in my life that no longer aligned with this commitment.

This meant cutting chords with my old narratives, and the people, places, and career trajectories that weighed on the truth of my soul and my purpose.

This meant reflecting, processing, and doing the deep inner work that was necessary for truly releasing deeper insecurities, and the fears that once protected me, but had become a heavy anchor on my path forward.

This meant forgiving myself and others, and breaking free from the bonds of resentment, judgement, and the feeling of disconnection to others and humanity.

This meant finding the courage to trust in myself, and the inner knowing of my true essence.

The plans I've set forward for this year may seem unconventional, but I'm done wanting and waiting for the support and understanding from others in order to live a life...my life, that feels aligned.

I've never felt so free, so myself, and so f*king ready to finally grab life by the reins and lead my truest self into what's always been waiting for me on the other side.

No more masks.
No more hiding.
No more accepting bu****it.

Just truth.
Just love.
Just art.

Introduction:

“Liquid Sky” is our debut release as GOOD flows, a project born from two artists who found each other during one of the most emotionally charged seasons of our lives. What started as a creative spark became a duo, a safe space, and a way to reclaim the parts of ourselves we spent years hiding.

Healing through Music:

We wrote Liquid Sky during a time marked by grief, personal loss, and the realities of navigating mental health and addiction. This song became our dedication to resilience, remembrance, and the light and the breathe that still finds its way in, even when life feels dark.

To honour the heart behind this track, we’re donating all proceeds to mental health and addiction programs. These services change lives, but too many people still don’t have access to the support they need.
