The Klondike Sun is stuck on a truck in Whitehorse. We tried to get it sent up via Air North but were told that would involve unpacking the entire truck.

The North Klondike Highway is closed so no Klondike Sun today. We'll keep you posted.

Ice jams at the mouth of the Forty Mile river caused water and ice to flow into the historic townsite of Forty Mile. Buildings and structures were moved from their foundations. The extent of the damage has yet to be determined.

It's been open for drop-offs for a while but the new Dawson Recycling Depot has its official opening ceremony tomorrow 2pm–6pm.
