Hickory Homes Energy Efficient Home Building Hickory Homes was founded in January 2007 as a sole proprietorship. John. In 2010 Hickory Homes became a partnership.

The company started out specializing in ICF foundations around Dawson Creek and Fort St. After a successful ICF multi-unit building in Fort Nelson, Hickory Homes relocated to the small northern town. Over the next 10 years, Hickory Homes has completed several ICF and SIP homes and duplexes in between Dawson Creek and Toad River. The company can now offer services for the Northern Rockies and Peace River Regions.
