It’s been a while since I talked about… me.

Not the business owner.
Not the content strategist.
Not the one reminding you to post or batch or engage.

Just me.

💫 I’m Amanda — energetic, strong, and (sometimes to a fault) deeply empathetic. I feel it all. I care hard. I get back up, again and again. And lately, I’ve been doing a lot of inner work — rebuilding from the inside out.

Grief has been a big chapter of my story.
Losing my dad cracked me open in ways I didn’t expect. It made me quieter, softer in some ways, stronger in others. It made me chase cold plunges, find healing in the woods, and finally learn to give myself the same care I give everyone else.

🛑 I don’t like coffee, I prefer tea
🍿 I do binge reality TV in bed when I need to reset.
🎶 I speak in music lyrics.
🍟 I could live off poutine and Sour Patch Kids.
🤝 I’m weirdly good at talking to strangers and making them feel like friends.

Some days, I’m on fire.
Some days, I’m just trying to breathe through it.

But I keep going. One day at a time.
